Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Time: 3-10 business days after processing (depending on your payment method)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our creative community, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Makeup Brush Cleaner (opened products)
  • Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing tags
  • Items on final sale or clearance

2 Wait for Authorization

Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items you’re returning including:

  • The original product in its packaging
  • All tags and labels
  • The original invoice or packing slip
  • Your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package

4 Ship Your Return
